Collaborative Training Programs
EMBL established the EMBL International PhD Program in 1993 and
has had the right to award its own PhD since 1997. Programs that support and benefit from EMBL's philosophy are considered on a case-by-case basis for inclusion as a
'Collaborative Training Program'. They are in general modelled on the
successful EMBL International PhD Program, but are operated
independently from EMBL.
