Epigenetic regulation of innate and adaptive immunity

I received my PhD from the The University of Adelaide in 2009.
Following this, I moved to Japan to take up a Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) postdoctoral fellowship at the Chiba University, Japan. While in Chiba, I defined how the epigenetic modifier Ezh2 regulates pro-inflammatory T cell function.
I moved back to Adelaide in 2014 to join David Lynn’s EMBL Australia group at SAHMRI. I am currently investigating early-life events that program immune function with a focus on neonatal gut dysbiosis.
