Join us as we plunge deep into the world of Cryo-ET, with ‘Freeze, Frame and Focus: Mastering Cryo Electron Tomography.’
This training course offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of Cryo-EM techniques, with a mix of lectures and workshops, delivered by world class researchers.
Cryo-EM is a crucial scientific technique that lets researchers peek into the mysteries of cells in our bodies. With cryo-EM, we can observe the structure and characteristics of living systems at the molecular level. This technique gives us a direct look at how the molecular ‘machines’ that power life function, providing valuable insights for life sciences and medical research.
This training course will provide an in-depth understanding of the techniques used for cryo-ET, and will feature hands-on learning opportunities with the Ramaciotti Centre for Cryo-Electron Microscopy, Microscopy Australia, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
