CELL SIGNALLING AND ITS THERAPEUTIC IMPLICATIONS 2017

New registration/abstract deadline is Friday 21st April. CSTI-2017 will be held at the Cape Schanck Resort in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia, from Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th May, 2017.
The symposium will focus on Signalling and Inflammation and will feature top international and national scientists in sessions covering the interface between inflammatory signalling and areas such as cellular metabolism, cell death, autoimmunity and cancer. International speakers include Derek Mann (University of Newcastle, UK), Manolis Pasparakis (Cologne, Germany) and Jen Morton (Glasgow, UK).
It is the second of the conference series established in honour of one of our leading researchers, the late Professor Martin Lackmann, with the previous meeting focusing on signalling and cancer. It will bring together researchers, students and clinicians with an interest in inflammatory signalling and how discoveries in this area can lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers.
The Lackmann Award for Translational Research will be awarded this year to recognises outstanding achievements in translation of cell signalling research into the clinical setting. The inaugural recipient was Prof. Grant McArthur.
