Final call: Applications for the EMBL Australia PhD Course close on Sunday 30th April
Applications for the 4th EMBL Australia PhD Course, to be held at Monash University’s Clayton campus between 9 and 21 July, will close at the end of the month. Sixty outstanding first and second-year PhD students from around Australia will be selected to attend the free two-week residential course, modelled on EMBL’s prestigious pre-doctoral training program. Students will cover their own travel costs and EMBL Australia will provide accommodation and most meals.
A variety of international, interstate and local guest speakers will provide students with an overview of life science research and infrastructure available in Australia, as well as useful tools and ideas for their projects, and a network of scientific contacts from across the country.
